I worked at Family and Childrens Services

Pros

Supervisors are pretty lax when it comes to taking time off. They also offer a four- day/ week schedule. Friendly staff.

Cons

High expectations when it comes to caseload size, no matter your level of experience.
Insufficient office space.
Difficulty obtaining clinical hours depending on your supervisor.
Low morale.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Support staff members as much as possible. They are on the front lines, performing work functions that are quite stressful.

    Cons

The hours for direct care staff can be all over the board, mornings, overnights, evenings. Hours are inconsistent.
