I have been working at Federal Reserve Bank (NY) full-time for more than a year

Pros – Flexible. Work life balance. you get flexible work arrangments - at least one day every 3 weeks. Summer fridays off.

Cons – politics and bureaucracy . People seem to value titles here. Only officers get business cards etc !

Advice to Senior Management – Let go of titles - they do not mean much outside the bank. Value the work.
