I worked at Fidelity Investments as a contractor for more than a year

Pros – The company is filled with top talent in all quarters, QA, development, architects, project managers etc who seem very supportive and willing to help. Unlike many large American comMost people work their standard hours.

Cons – Wish it was based in town! Although thebus service isn't too bad. Some of the bureaucratic controls in place can seem counter-productive but I guess it's more or less the same in enterprises of this size.
