Pros

Quality work environment. Good opportunities after 1 year. Fidelity invests time ad money into their employees and has our best interest in mind.

Cons

Minimal starting pay. Does take a full year to start to see other doors open up. Work hard everyday and things will pan out.

I have been working at Fidelity Investments full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Great company, great benefits, great culture.

    Cons

Politics are in play with promotions like it is at any other company too though. Job performance should be more highly weighted with promotions and not outside experience in the financial industry.

I worked at Fidelity Investments full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Great company to work for with great pay and benefits, talented employees, and a "do what it takes" spirit. I personally have seen great career progression over the course of my career at Fidelity.

    Cons

Work-life balance has never really been Fidelity's strong point. Constant change - some good, some bad. Past 10 years has seen a significant amount of job movement to either the South or oversees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop relocating jobs. The new talent in the new locations will need years to match the experience and skills left behind.
