    very dynamic environment
    opportunity to learn a lot in very short time and develop broad range of skills
    challenging assignemnets
    diverse clients and projects
    opportunity to work for very important accounts
    many young colleagues
    trainings organised all over the year

    too competitive
    expected to socialize with colleagues after work
    trainees and juniors are overworked
    expected to "sell" yourself very well
    crucial to get along well with the head of the team
