I have been working at Freddie Mac full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – Benefits, Amenities and Flex work hours.

Cons – Too much management changes, too much work with less pay.

Advice to Senior Management – 1. Stand and fight in what you believe in.
2. Focus on getting the job done than being more concerned about office politics.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
