    Pros: money, great location !! they have very good location :) Cons: everything !!!!! The Company head is very hard and old fashioned… Advice to Senior Management: GO TO STUDY MANAGEMENT !!!     Great if you don't like raises or bonuses, but new leadership may be changing things
