Current Employee – been working at Genentech full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Highly motivated employees, top-tier R&D department, valuable therapies for patients, international, environment, great budget and possibilities in discovery research, fast-pace environment

Cons – Scientific isolation as a Postdoctoral Fellow, little interaction with other parts of the company, little teamwork, fast-changing community

Advice to Senior Management – More openness/ communication with common employees.
