    I worked at Google

    Pros

Great engineers, good products, free food and all expense paid trips to ski resorts and what not. Not to mention the free t-shirts.

    Cons

Too many managers from Microsoft who brought their own culture to the company. Too many mid level managers who have now more or less made the top management inaccessible

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop hiring managers from Microsoft. Promote qualified candidates from within.
