Guess? Employee Review

I worked at Guess? full-time for less than a year

Pros – They were really good about breaks, and department heads were really nice.

Cons – Lots of talking behind peoples backs, it felt like high school, and most of this behavior was by supervisors. Was terrified to ask my supervisor questions, most of them were met with eye rolls.

Advice to Senior Management – People in charge should be encouraging to new associates. It should be a comfortable place for all levels of employees. People who are openly negative to co-workers about their jobs should be retrained and should not be representing their company in such a way.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
