I have been working at HCL Workforce Solutions full-time for more than a year
Pros – Policies are very transparent, very good working environment.
Cons – It is not that much good for the persons who are technically very strong because it is not a product based company.
Advice to Senior Management – I am not in that much matured to give an advice to upper management
