Pros

it has project hop program for you to attend. Usually good rotation program for new grads. Nice campus in NY, MD, FL, MA, CA.

Cons

compensation is not competitive. And too much overtime if projects delayed. Corp marketing department is not strong.

    Broad range of technical areas can be explored.

    Difficult, inconsistent promotion possibilities. While there is a written policy with metrics, promotion decisions are usually based on personalities.

    Pros

    Good to work for and nice people. I have enjoyed my time greatly at this company as the people are great to work with and team building occurs.

    Cons

    Chain of command is weird. I wish people would help me on specific things as sometimes people don't respond to emails.
