Current Employee – been working at Henry Schein full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Company with a good reputation, profitable

Cons – Does not take care of their employees
Very few perks
Very political
Even if you prove yourself you will wait years for a promotion. If someone in management dislikes you they can sway a decision to get you promoted very easily.
Do not take care of their employees, would rather have a better stock in the market.

Advice to Senior Management – Show more appreciation to your employees!!!!
