Upper management seems a bit out of touch.

I have been working at Hertz full-time for more than a year

ProsFlexible schedule. Good pay for the work. I get to drive lots of cars. Very good benefits.

ConsUpper management issues. Policies change without notifying the customers. Sometimes I don't get the support necessary to solve problems.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet back to the counter once in awhile; you're out of touch.

– I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

It could be a great job, but incompetence runs wild

Pros: Driving cars across the region makes the day go fast. Good vacation… Cons: Management, management, management. A bunch of morons.
