“Too much bureaucracy.”
I have been working at Hewlett-Packard full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Advantages of a large company such as good benefits and enough resources to support the work. Good policy allowing for moving to another position within the company.
Cons – Too much bureaucracy. Not enough communication. Too much emphasis on profitability and growth. Too much time spent tracking time. Salary freezes and downsizing when things aren't going well.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
