    I worked at Hewlett-Packard

    Pros

Management employee solidarity in tough times

    Team work
    Excellent co-workers
    Remnants of HP way
Office politics is at a minimum

    Cons

Continuous pay cuts and pay freeze. Constant re-structuring for some business units. Some directors and VP are clueless. Unproven new CEO.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Back to basics. Innovation. HP way where employees are willing to sacrifice themselves for the company because they trust the leaders.
