    Some good projects and good people to work with at the team level.

    Cons

    Very little movement available. Upper management does not seem to have a great vision

    Pros

    By far the best team I've ever worked on. They treat you like an adult and let you do your job.

    Cons

    No money for raises!!! Seriously? I'm a top performer on my team, in the top 3, and have yet to get a raise in the past 3 years. Its pretty demoralizing not even getting a cost of living increase when you're paying out multimillion dollar packages to your failed and unethical C level executives

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Better start rewarding your top performers or else they will start looking elsewhere, I know I am.
