    Great environment, mature employee engagement program, implements best practices, good enough benefits, nice facilities

    Cons

    Poor compensation / salary, unpaid overtime, puts premium on going overtime

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Rate your employees fairly. The department that performs well shouldn't be affected by the department that performed poorly

    I have been working at Hewlett-Packard full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

    Work flexibility, great people, good company ethic. Lots of level career moves, can have lots of variety in job types, lots of opportunities to learn different businesses, but impossible to break into senior management.

    Cons

    5 CEOs over past ? year's. Stock price, compensation at working levels.. No pay raises for promotions.. For the most part, leadership is very weak, not capable handling difficult situations or people. Really poor at handling poor performers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Shun the platitudes. Upgrade the performance management system and compensation programs.
