Pros – Process sharing and multi-national team support in completing projects help to move the company forward.
Cons – Depending upon the background of team members some decisions appeared long and drawn out.
Advice to Senior Management – Deeper dive into organizations to understand organic processes used to overcome existing IT limitations.
