not much overtime, could have taken on more responsibilities.

    Good pay, great benefits, great place to start your career

    Cons

    Little opportunity for advancement. Some abnormal rules for a professional environment (no water at desk, clock in clock out, working on the line as needed...) IF you are able to advance, the increase in pay does not match the increase in workload and responsibility.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Find a better way of encouraging professional growth. Pay more for education and recognize addition education in evaluations.

    Pros

    lean culture, respect for all employees - uniforms for everyone including CEO.
    good products and strong flexible manufacturing processes. 2 weeks of plant shutdown every year for added vacation time.

    Cons

    all employees must be considered with equal respect which causes some friction with the manufacturing associates versus office associates. work schedule is not flexible, no sick days.

    Try to find talent in your team as the jobs (constraints) may not show case all potential talent for individuals.
