Huntington Bancshares Employee Review

I have been working at Huntington Bancshares full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Plenty of access to senior level management to learn from.

Cons – Pay, hours, zero perks (literally), lots of turnover, I dont know anyone who has transitioned roles internally - everyone is hired for positions externally, the company overall doesn't value employees - this is evident by the very high turnover rate, long hours, and low pay.

Advice to Senior Management – Having a higher emphasis on employee satisfaction would result in less turnover, which results in more efficiency/productivity. Less money would be spent on hiring/training people who will need at least six months to get up to the speed of the individual who left.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
