    A good deal of independence

Solution Manager (Current Employee) London, England (UK)

I have been working at IBM full-time for more than 5 years

Pros: Flexible working - nobody keeping a check on you - getting good quality work… Cons: Extremely low salary with managers powerless to raise it (make sure you get a healthy starting salary) Lack of a sense of team, with full time… Advice to Senior Management: Start to think of employee morale as a valuable asset… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
