I worked at IBM full-time (more than 10 years)

Pros

Structured organisation constantly reviewed, sideways movement nearly always possible for career direction change, scope for travel, expert roles, blue chip

Cons

Very formal review processes can seem over the top, high rewards difficult to get outside Sales and top echelons of management

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus on profit not on sales revenue

Recommends
Neutral Outlook
No opinion of CEO
