Pros – Good exposure to latest technologies & complex projects ; Education centric company ; Good growth prospects; good work life balance; global leaders , so good brand value ; very good market value.

Cons – Low salary / no focus on employee retention .

Advice to Senior Management – Low salary wrt market standards. Please improve the salaries to ensure employee retention.
