I worked at IBM full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Great place to meet people that can teach you a wide range of subjects.
Experience a highly process oriented work environment.
Oportunity to work with high end softwares and systems.
Oportunity to develop projects on your own, and develop them to help the company.
To see your efforts rewarded to you in a very professional manner, and exciting manner.

Cons – Burocracy sometimes is an issue.
High rotation inside the company.
Sometimes work/life balance can be an issue, but its rare.

Advice to Senior Management – I think IBM is an extremely mature company that is very process oriented, but sometimes following some guidelines provided by the company, can limit the potential for more creative solutions.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
