I worked at IBM full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Worked with very smart people, got to do a lot of different things. If you keep moving around you can do almost anything.

    Cons

They have constant layoffs. The internal workplace productivity products are not what is out on the market. Constantly cutting cost to the detriment of the employees

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

In the past if you did a good job you were employed, now you treat your employees like tools

    Recommends
