Pros – i awarded as a best sales officer in bangalore reason.
i got 5 awards in last FY 2011-12.
totally i recognised in lost two years 8 times.

Cons – good career growth.
 i am the topper in every month in bangalore team.

Advice to Senior Management – icici as a nice policies. keep maintain same as continued years also .
customer satisfaction is very important for all the companies.
