“Good company to start your career”

Former Employee – worked at ICON (Ireland) full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Nice people, good salary, good trainings

Cons – Little space for advancement, favoritism, no appreciation for the hard work

Advice to Senior Management – You need to appreciate people that work hard and not let them go
