Pros

Policies at global level are really good.

Cons

policies are applicable to India also but there seems to be lack of transparency in management team,

Be transparent and work for employee betterment. Employees should be motivated.

    Pros

    Work on big projects, with some great staff and decent room for advancement if you stick it out.

    Cons

    Not much room for a good work life balance, very little culture or team drive at the office

    A little more attention and direction could make a big difference in the long run

    Pros

    Ability to work from home.

    Cons

    No work/life balance within the company. Employees are over-worked and upper management continues to layoff associates and give more work to current associates. Management is not skilled at what it takes to become a global company. Need to invest in better technology, not cheaper technology.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Realize the experience and value of your existing employees and define a work/life balance or you will continue to lose employees. Upper management needs to be more transparent on the financial status of the company, and answer questions honestly of employees. Encourage more all-company meetings and realize the true potential of employees. Actual define and live by corporate values and visions.
