Current Employee – been working at INC Research full-time for more than a year

Pros – Policies at global level are really good.

Cons – policies are applicable to India also but there seems to be lack of transparency in management team,

Advice to Senior Management – Be transparent and work for employee betterment. Employees should be motivated.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
