“Excellent technical work”
I have been working at Imperial College full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Interesting technical work. Ease to get funding and recognition.
Cons – Unilateral career ladder. Underpaid for London levels, and in comparison to administration staff on the same campus.
Advice to Senior Management – Increase pay scale
