I worked at Infosys full-time for more than 8 years

Pros – Superior tracking, process oriented, systematized learning and development process. There is enough reason why Infosys became the best despite lacking backing of any big business house unlike it's contemporaries , and it shows clearly when you work there

Cons – Policies are not implemented in the most optimal way ( read execution of the policy ) at times, leading to a lot of negative energy all across.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
