I worked at Infosys full-time for more than a year

Pros

Good start for freshers who don't have many choices, excellent facilities, especially for sports and relaxation, plus good work culture

Cons

Staying with the company for more than 2-3 years will almost surely stagnate your career, plus not a good switch for laterals looking for challenging roles

I worked at Infosys full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    1. Beautiful campus
    2. Good company to start your career with
    3. Great compensation if you are onsite
    4. Automation in everything they do. It rocks!
    5. Fantastic infrastructure

    Cons

    1. Forces you to re-locate very often. you feel like a "resource" (like a printer or computer) which can be taken from one city to another and is not expected to complain.
    2. People are often unfriendly, standoffish...People from certain parts of the nation tend to stick to their little 'cliques'.
