Intel cares about their employees and promotes a great work-life balance. They have a lot of networking opportunities and events for employees. They promote volunteering and even match your donated time. They pay very well for the work you do.

The work is very routine and is not always exciting. There is not a lot of variety or options for additional projects. You have a lot of down-time in the job.
