    Pros

Benefits are first class, onsite gym, cafeteria, amazing work/life balance, opportunity to try new things and experiment, strong culture. There are also commute options, work from home options, and you can tell that people love the work. I've heard dozens of stories about how the company helped employees during their time of need and that makes for a really special place to work.

    Cons

None that I can think of.

    Pros

Competitive salary with a lot of benefits

    Cons

Focus is more on marketing than innovation

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The senior management consists of non technical people and don't know how to run a technology company. They need to focus more on innovation than marketing.
