While there are many career progression opportunities, there is no formal clear-cut career progression explained when you first join.

Make it a formal task at every managers level to grow and advance their subordinates to the greatest extent feasible

    Pros

    1. Good Pay
    2. Worklife Balance
    3. Less work pressure

    Cons

    1. India leadership do not have decision making powers.
    2. Quality of work suffers due to delegation by US teams.
    3. Only used as labor arbitrage.
    4. No additional/soft perks except salary, as per Industry standards across India.
    5. No additional learnings.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    1. Come up with a Offshore model.
    2. India leadership should manage end to end delivery of scoped out work and personnel.
