I worked at J.P. Morgan full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Benefits are great. They cover tuition at many online universities. Great campus in Seffner.

    Cons

Office politics are a major pain. If you are not a politician, you will not do well here.
Chicago culture after merger with Bank One completely ruined this company's work environment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Review formula is flawed. Out of every ten employees, two will get an automatic "Needs improvement," even if it is ten Einsteins. That is a goofball system and leads to turnover of good people.
