Current Employee – been working at Jefferies & Company full-time for more than a year

Pros – Junior level employees given lots of challenging and meaningful work. Great exit opportunities. Excellent opportunity to work with intelligent and driven people.

Cons – Long hours as an analyst, but doable. Limited deal opportunities due to smaller balance sheet, but that is changing quickly fortunately.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
