Great Company, Great Co-Workers

Ground Operations (Current Employee) Fort Lauderdale, FL (US)

ProsFlexible hours, paid vactions, you make your own schedule . Several breaks and oppurtunities for advancement . No union so they still try to keep it that way

ConsSometimes lazy co workers , Hard work during busy season. Out in the hot sun. Lifting heavy bags. Have a lot of crap you have to answer for if you make a mistake, no sweeping it under the rug.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Pros: Working at JetBlue is not like working at any other company. The focus on the importance of people is palpable. The energy within… Cons: Things change so fast it's hard to keep up. Advice to Senior Management: Keep doing what you are doing. You are amazing. Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
