Current Employee – been working at JetBlue

Pros – The environment here is very friendly. You own your work and there you dont feel like you are being micro-managed. Its a very young department (marketing) - I would say the average age is 28. Very energetic and smart group of people.

Cons – politics - as always. Titles matter. its clear who runs the show and who's ideas are heard - managers and above.
