I worked at Johnson Controls
Pros – Excellent benifit package, and compensation packages.
Cons – Ewgional level management is all number driven, and too far removed from reeal life scenarios.
Advice to Senior Management – Decisions based soley on numbers are not in their customers best interest and are hurting thier local reputation.
