I have been working at Johnson & Johnson full-time for more than a year

Pros – The organization is well organized. One good thing that makes it to be an interesting place to work is that the salary is encouraging.

Cons – It is sometimes difficult to know the person to whom to report. This is understandable because of the size of the organization, and being one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world.

Advice to Senior Management – It is necessary to delegate more duties and assign people to whom reports should be sent.
