Pros

Culture and people make this company great. Lots of paid time off for family time.

Cons

Unless you're commission, which can make 500k +, the salary can be disheartening.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay the support staff.

    Pros

Big company with lots of opportunities if you are a shark.

    Cons

This company is full or "VPs" that are are trying to rise to the top at any cost. Not only will they bash each other behind their backs, but the management are so clueless that they need the coordinators and analysts to do their work for them. The middle managers are filled with spineless mid 40 year olds who have no ambition to find a better job, so they actually execute the poorly baked ideas of the "VPs" There must have been 15 "VPs" in the T-Mobile account. These were the rejects that floated over from the failed Bacnk of America account.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn how to be a manager. Learn people skills and figure out how to convince your staff that you actually care.

    Pros

Good benefits and decent time off coming in.

    Cons

No work life balance. Encouraged to work weekends even if there is no need for the work to be done. The culture is very focused on how much you work and is often the topic of conversation among colleagues. Very poor pay for what is expected. Little direction from management and are then critical if you didn't do exactly what they had in mind. Little room for advancement given the people already in place. Some things that are done border on unethical and can make you feel uneasy if you are a "fair" person. You also feel like you'll get fired when you ask for time off since most people brag about working on their family vacation.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay more attention to the people who do the work and pay them accordingly. Be more transparent with the employees.
