Current Employee – been working at KPMG full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – KPMG is a professional firm with professional training. Working at a top 4 accounting firm gives significant advantages to those starting off their careers. The training is top notch and the level of professionalism that KPMG produces in its staff is noticeable.
Cons – As a large company it takes significant effort from the employee to stay connected and avoid becoming lost in the noise.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
