The politics were difficult and it felt more like a frat house thank work.

    Pros

    Good environment. Workload highly depends on the project you are working on. Mine is a bank annual report.
    Professional training on IT and business awareness.

    Cons

    People are moving quickly. 4 out of 7 people in my team left during two months, including the head of my team.
