    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Walk the talk. I have never been to a place that has been so politically corrupt. The upper management needs to all be fired and hire people that can LEAD the mission to success. This company has let corrupt individuals take over and the turn over rate is disgraceful and honestly embarrassing. Work here if you want to be treated horrible and can endure the passive aggressive ways of people who live to make your life hell.

    Pros

Good pay for the market and generally hands off if you stay quiet and don't rock the boat - that is question any of their decisions.

    Cons

Profit line is all that matters and how much money can be sent to New York for the management. Talk is cheap regarding ethics and how the customer and employees are foremost. Most of this is BS.
