I worked at LG Display

Pros – lots to gain experience in your field for high demand and expectation from management.
will get exposed to operation in wide range of inter-company transactions.
friendly and family like co-workers.

Cons – most employees seems to be dissatisfied with their work and especially with their head management levels. Dreadfully, irrationally strong hierarchy. Command skills and people management skills can never be found. They should have at least some respect with their people.

Advice to Senior Management – They won't take things like advice or feedback.
