Larsen & Toubro Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Larsen & Toubro full-time for more than a year

Pros – Everybody can do their work with their own style and hence self learning improves much faster.

Cons – Salary will be lesser compared to other market players..

Advice to Senior Management – Just think that many good employees are leaving just because of salary issue.. the policies and reimbursement should be such that the employee should be satisfied without ant discrimination on the basis of any geographical religion.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
