Pros – Great People.
Decent Benefits Package.
Good Outlook for Company.
Strong Community feel.

Cons – Senior management don't always make practical decisions.
Money gets lost in governance and not always up to the standard required.

Advice to Senior Management – Try to stay in touch with the workforce. PMs, BAs and RMs need to be heard.
