Current Employee – been working at Lowe's full-time for less than a year

Pros – fun job, great people. keep busy.

Cons – so many cut backs as of late. also, random weird rules that don't make sense.

Advice to Senior Management – keep up the good work. but try to make things less confusing for new employees
