I have been working at Lowe's part-time for more than a year

Pros

They work around my schooling and its a very fun and friendly environment. There is also great career potential and always a chance at moving up.

Cons

Can be really fast paced at times but overall isn't anything too stressful.

I have been working at Lowe's full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great employee benefits and always room for advancement in your current position or further training.

    Cons

The unreliable shifts. The scheduled days off are on a rotation but the shifts (morning, afternoon and mid) are not on any rotation.

Ended up with a bunch of cool people.

I have been working at Lowe's full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    - Cool co-workers
    - Awesome Department manager
    - Very understanding Manager's

I ended up at an awesome store. All the people there see to be quite nice. Now, there are a few people who are a little rugged, but we can't always have a perfect batch, can we?

    Cons

    - Some co-workers know how to get away with doing the bare minimum

Working in an entry level retail job, it's not uncommon to see some of the other entry employees not contributing as much as they could to get the job/tasks completed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep on keepin' on.
