    Current Employee - Anonymous Employee
    Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

    Pros

It's hard not to be proud of working for an institution working to "Make Cancer History" and most employees are happy to be here....however (see the "Cons" section).

    Cons

Negative news about the new president, his wife and the appearance of shady financial issues (grant application mess, pres recommended stock for his company on TV, etc.) is damaging morale. Overall, it's still a good place to work with employer-paid benefits, decent pay and growth opportunities.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Straighten up and fly right, own up to judgment errors, apologize and don't ever, ever, ever hire a husband and wife "team" for such powerful positions.

    Recommends
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

Not much growth opportunities for people in research, especially RAs. Very low pay, if you are in research.
